Booking deadlines are approximately three weeks prior to publication. For camera-ready ads, please add 5 days to the deadlines noted below:

  • Feb/Mar 12 issue: booking/info deadline January 13, publication Feb 1.
  • April/May 12 issue: booking/info deadline Mar 9, publication April 1.
  • June/July 12 issue: booking/info deadline May 4, publication June 1.
  • Aug/Sept 12 issue: booking/info deadline July 6, publication Aug 1.
  • Oct/Nov 12 issue: booking/info deadline Sept 7, publication Oct 1.
  • Dec/Jan 12 issue: booking/info deadline Nov 2, publication Nov 25.
